Cross border delivery record of second-hand bulldozers between China and Kenya
In March 2025, we successfully delivered two bulldozers (2019 model/5300 hours) that have undergone tropical adaptation to a road construction company in Nairobi, Kenya. This batch of equipment was originally used for the Southern China Expressway project and underwent three key upgrades specifically for African working conditions: strengthening the cooling system, redoing the anti rust coating, and switching between English and French on the dashboard.
The entire transaction lasted for 22 days, with core nodes including:
On March 5th, the customer sent a topographic map of the mining area via WhatsApp. We recommend the option of using a built-in soil loosening device
On March 13th, a live video of the equipment provided at the Shaoguan mine in Guangdong Province was filmed
On March 18th, Kenyan engineers remotely verified engine diagnostic data
Complete customs clearance at Mombasa Port on March 27th
The equipment is currently being used for the Nairobi Nakuru highway expansion project, and the customer has provided special feedback that the turbocharger system performs better than the new machines provided by local dealers when operating at an altitude of 1800 meters.
